I am in the process of reviewing the Space Telescope Science Institute's
instructions for their new electronic web-based grants management system in
order to make recommendations has to how it can be best implemented on my
campus.  The system is to be used for the award and administration of grants
related to the General Observer/Archival Researcher Program, Hubble
Fellowship Program, and the NASA Initiative to Develop Education Through
Astronomy Research Grants program.  Needless to say, I would be interested
in hearing from anyone who has had it activated at their institution.
