I am looking for USDA budget form CSREES-55 in Excel format.  It is available in Word or WordPerfect from USDA, but I am wondering if anyone has created it in Excel and would be willing to share?  I am also looking for USDA form CSREES-1232, Project Summary.  I have been unable to find this on the USDA web site. Thanks for your time - please respond to me directly.
