Your award notice should specify if a standard agreement can be used. I have
done the standard consortium agreements in the past with Canada. However,
if you are unsure, check with the Grants Management Specialist listed on
your award notice.
We currently have a new award that includes a consortium with Tel Aviv
University. The award notice states that the agreement requires clearance
from the State Department.
