Hello everyone,
We have a concern that we can't quite define clearly so we're going to
take the easy way out and ask the experts on RESADM-L! In one of our
large centers, graduate research assistants are periodically recruited
to do some hourly work on industrial projects. This hourly work is in
addition to the assistantship commitment of 20 hours per week. It seems
that the extra work should not be allowable but the only reason we can
come up with is the IRS issue regarding their full-time student status.
Anything else?
