I have had a lot of requests for the notice-of-award checklist, so I am
sending it to the listserv for those of you who can access attachments. The
attached MS Word file is the template of the checklist I use in our
organization. It was adapted for the community, non-profit organization and
does not include some items which may be especially appropriate for research
projects (e.g., students, foreign travel or classification of the project
according to the university's data requirements).

The format is much like a transmittal sheet but incorporates information
from the granting agency's notice of award, such as the contract/grant
number, special conditions, etc.
