There is a InfoEd Users Listserv at

Below is a description and instructions from InfoEd concerning the
listserv. I believe that Julie Tellstone <xxxxxx@infoed.org> is the
contact person for the service.

InfoEd International, Inc. is pleased to announce that the Info.Office
email discussion list (ListServ) is now available. The Info.Office
ListServ is being provided to create an open forum for posting questions
or problems related to the use of, implementation, or help with the
Info.Office system, and to foster the collaboration and exchange of
information between Info.Office users.

To subscribe to the Info.Office ListServ send an email message to
xxxxxx@support.infoed.org and in the message body type the following
line (without the quotes and substitute your name for firstname and
lastname) “Subscribe Infooffice Firstname Lastname”.

You will receive a verification email indicating that you have been
added to the list. Please thoroughly read and keep the return email you
receive for your reference on how to unsubscribe to the list. After you
have subscribed to the list, all correspondence to the list should be
sent to xxxxxx@support.infoed.org.

InfoEd supports the following guidelines for use of the Info.Office
ListServ. Please attempt to follow these guidelines when posting or
replying to messages to the ListServ.

1. Send “thank you”, or special messages meant for a particular
individual on the list, directly to the email address for that
individual, not the entire ListServ.
2. Try to be as brief, concise, and clear as possible in your message,
and use brief but descriptive subject headers.
3. Electronically “sign” each of your messages with your full name and
email address.
4. Do NOT send attachments to your message to the ListServ. These
attachments may contain viruses and could cause tremendous problems for
the rest of the ListServ subscribers.
5. Use your email application “Reply” button carefully. Think before
you send a reply. If the original message requires you to reply to the
entire list, or you think mostly everyone in the list would benefit from
your reply, then a reply to the entire list is appropriate. Otherwise,
reply directly to the individual’s email address.
6. When replying to a ListServ message, please delete all sections of
the original message that aren’t being specifically replied to.
7. DO NOT USE ALL CAPITAL LETTERS FOR YOUR MESSAGE, THIS CAN BE
INTERPRETED AS SHOUTING, AND THEREFORE, OFFENSIVE TO SOME!

Note: The Info.Office ListServ will be an un-moderated discussion list.
However, this is subject to change at any time and InfoEd reserves the
right to permanently remove anyone from the list that purposely sends
messages to the list that are derogatory, or in any way offensive to
InfoEd or the other subscribers to the list.
