I would like to know who you have contacted regarding assistance?  I
reside in Detroit, MI and I have a sister with two mentally disabled children
(one is deceased).  It seems that she may have had problems similar to
the ones that you are having and if she can be of any assistance to you I
know she would be more than obliged.
