Good afternoon.
Probably everyone has answered this at least once or twice. However, when you go to
the archives for this listserv you cannot obtain the attachments for emails.
I am looking for a checklist that the faculty and support staff could use to be sure
they have assembled the package in an acceptable manner for both the institution and
the funding agency. We all have about the same requirements for compliance so I
would be very appreciative of any information you can share. I have some from
various federal agencies, but was trying to be very generic in the presentation.
You can either email documents to me (WordPerfect, Word, or others acceptable) and I
will share with list, or email to list. Or, even better, if you have one available
on a web site, please share the URL.
