In addition to the NIH website, you may want to take a look at the
IAEGC site for the 194 TS data dictionary at the following URL:
http://www.financenet.gov/financenet/fed/iaegc/dbintro.htm
This data dictionary is created for X12 IC 4010 version. You may
also consider looking at the associated data 102 transaction set for
designed to transmit pictures, graphs and other binary objects.
