Friends and colleagues,

I have had an inquiry about a Quality Management Plan (QMP) required by US
EPA.  I am familiar with their Quality Assurance Plans that pertain to
specific operations (usually in a laboratory).  The QMP is something
broader, covering the entire institution.  I am asking for two types of
help.

1. Can anyone help me learn under what circumstances such a document is
required for a project to be funded?
2. Would anyone who has a QMP be willing to share the contents of that
document?

I will take responses however I can get them (personal at
xxxxxx@missouri.edu or through the list).
