Good morning.  I firmly agree with Gregory.  Make sure all of your documentation
is clear, complete and in order along with any applicable F&A charges.

My experience is that even if they aren't around for weeks, they may continue to
request additional information over an extended period of time due to the fact
that the auditors sent in usually have to run their findings through their own
organizations.  This internal review may bring additional requests for backup,
explanation or further sampling.
