The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, the nation's first hospital
dedicated solely to pediatric care, is seeking an experienced
professional to assist the Research Finance Department and investigators
 in managing administrative and financial functions of assigned
departments.   Responsibilities include grants management, budget
preparation, coordinating the hiring of new personnel and duties related
to maintaining lab operations.

The ideal candidate would have strong communication and interpersonal
skills, the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects
simultaneously, and knowledge of Windows-based applications software.  A
bachelors degree and at least three years of experience in postaward
grants management would be preferred.  We offer competitive pay and
