Perfect application of the practice of requesting additional modules for
specific purposes. Go for it! Just be very explicit in your
justification. I had a case in which the PI needed a different modular
amount one year because of obviously lower personnel needs in a final year
devoted to analysis of data that took a lot of activity to collect in
earlier years.
