Hey Gang...
 I am looking for a US Dept. of Energy version of Standard Application Form
424 and related forms (including budget) that can be completed "on line" or
by filling in the blank. (As opposed to formats like PDF that usually
require you to print the blank form and use a typewriter to complete it)
An Excel spreadsheet format for the budget section would be greatly
appreciated.
