HOUSE PASSES FINAL E-SIGNATURE BILL
Digital signatures are soon to be legal, thanks to the Electronic
Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act. The bill's final version
passed this week in the House, and the Senate and President are expected
to give their stamp of approval too.
