Todd:  Quick question.  Since I was looking for SF450 and this is
OGE450, is the OGE450 an update that the whole government is
now using?  I did call a Ms. Christine Freeze at ONR, and she said
she thinks this is probably the case, but didn't know about the
OGE one.  Hearing from you clears that up, but I did still wonder
why the prefix change.  (Okay, research administrators are

Form SF 450 was replaced by OGE Form 450.
That information can be found at http://tycho.hq.dla.mil/formflow/16.htm
but the instructions to download the form at that site is a little
confusing.
