I've just learned that at least one organization that provides scientific
materials is making them available on-line, with a "point and click"
agreement that references MTA terms!!
I'm wondering how other (especially state) institutions are dealing with
that, since the "on line" MTA (to which faculty can "agree" by just clicking
a mouse) contains liability and indemnification language, as well as laws of
a specific state.
I'm not sure how many others may be out there doing the same thing . . . and
not sure I WANT to know!!
Thanks!!
