Hi Bob,
 I am not technical enough to help with this specific request, but I am
interested in how you are handling the PIN-to-password conversion.  Can you
keep the list posted as your project develops?  It might also benefit some of
us who will be dealing with the same thing (and are trying to minimize the
confusion).
