I'm probably stating the obvious here, Diana, but sponsors don't accept
outdated forms. They'll return applications if they're not on the correct
forms. This is why posting forms on the Web is a continuous maintenance
issue.

Subject: Out-dated forms
We are going to be posting all our forms on the Web for faculty so they will
always have the most recent version. How do other institutions deal with
out-dated forms in your Sponsored Programs Office? Do you not accept cover
sheets, No-cost extension requests, Human Subjects Application forms, etc if
they are not on the current forms? Do you return them to the PI and ask
that they update their form?
Thanks,
Diana
