Request for template.

One of our NIH funded researcher needs to transfer some of the funds to an
Institution abroad. Of course NIH has been notified and they now suggest
that a "consortium agreement" be put in place between us and the
Institution abroad. Since we do not have had to prepare such agreement in
the past, I would appreciate some help.

Could a generous soul send me a "consortium agreement" template so I could
adapt it diligently, or point me to a site where I could find such a thing.
