The AAUW (American Assn of Univ. Women) charges a "filing fee" to their
grants programs: $30-35.  We have reimbursed faculty paying this fee.

We have submitted to this organization in the past.  The PI paid the
requisite fee via a personal check.  This is the only group we've run into
that has such a fee.  Hope it doesn't become a trend!
