The registration fee for the meeting is $210 if online registration is completed by April 14, 2000. Late registration after April 14, 2000 and on site will be $225. The National Workshop fee for Saturday, May 6, 2000 is $60; the Sunday workshops will have no registration fee. HOTEL INFORMATION (Please note new information): Currently our conference hotel, The Embassy Suites Omaha Downtown/Old Market is completely booked for Saturday evening, May 6, 2000 due to another conference in the hotel which departs Sunday morning, May 7, 2000. We have made arrangements for an alternate hotel, the Sheraton Omaha which is conveniently located just a few blocks from the conference hotel and also just 5 minutes from the Omaha Eppley Airport. We encourage you to use the conference hotel (The Embassy Suites Omaha) for your stay on Sunday and Monday evenings. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at (402)346-9000 and identifying our group as the NCURA/SRA Meeting. As an "All Suites" hotel our conference rate of $122.00 (good for 2 days prior and 2 days after the meeting) includes a complimentary daily cooked-to-order breakfast and two hour manager's reception. All guest suites are subject to a $2.00 City Lodging Fee and city, state, and local taxes which total 11.5% per day. Check-in time is 3:00pm and Check-out is 12:00 Noon. Complimentary parking is available for overnight hotel guests. Daily guests may use hotel valet parking, metered street parking or a pay public lot diagonally across the street from the hotel. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card and will be held for arrival after 6:00 PM local time. Special hotel needs are to be arranged directly with the hotel. The deadline for our room block at the rate of $89.00(good for 2 days prior and 2 days after the meeting subject to availability) for a single/double/triple/quad is April 15, 2000. All guest rooms are subject to a $2.00 City Lodging Fee and city, state, and local taxes which total 11.5% per day. Check-in time is 3:00pm and Check-out is 12:00 Noon. Reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit equal to one nights stay. Deposit is refunded if notice of cancellation is received at least 2 working days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. Please note that the Sheraton does not have the complimentary breakfast or two hour managers reception. These may be attended at the Embassy Suites with additional payment. Recently in the newspapers and on CBS Sunday Morning we have seen a preview of an exciting event at the Omaha Zoo, the location of our Sunday evening reception. The San Diego Zoo (#1 in the Nation) has loaned two Koala bears to the Omaha Zoo (#2 in the Nation) for exhibit until the end of the summer.
