UPDATE: "Gift, Grant, or Whatever?" teleconference

This is an update to the "Gift, Grant, or Whatever?" message I posted a
couple of weeks ago. If you have questions, please contact the SRA office

After much deliberation, SRA, CASE, and PricewaterhouseCoopers have decided
to reschedule the Gift, Grant or Whatever? teleconference from March 28th to
Thursday, September 14th. The broadcast will occur during the same time of
day - noon to 3:30 pm (EST).
The reason we are rescheduling is that we have recently heard from a large
number of institutions and organizations that they would like to participate
but need more time to register or make local arrangements (i.e., such as
developing and coordinating the participation of multiple departments or
offices, and reserving conference rooms from which the program can be
displayed). Others have indicated that they do not have the capability to
downlink a satellite signal and need more time to find a nearby institution
that can do so. Given the importance and popularity of the program topic,
we felt we needed to make the change.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you and hope, given
the greater lead time, that your institution will participate in September.
Those of you who have registered either have received, or very soon will
receive, a personal phone call from the SRA Executive Office to discuss
applying your registration to the new date. For those who are presently
working to register, I hope that you will continue to do so for September
14th.
