At VCU I have developed and posted on our web a list of sponsors with limited F&A. Each posting is backed up by a document or public announcement by the sponsor. It is augmented each time a new sponsor's information crosses my desk as the proposal is reviewed. See our Guidelines: http://views.vcu.edu/ospa/manual/guide_recover.html and the list http://views.vcu.edu/ospa/sponlist.htm I would be delighted to work with any other volunteers to expand this list and make it available, probably by having it on my website, or someone else's, or maybe even SRA's.
