Hi!

Does anyone have a list or know of a list of Foundations/Agencies that
have published guidelines (or otherwise a verifiable written policy,
statute, or legislation) prohibiting or limiting the recovery of indirect
costs (F&A)?

We spend a lot of time searching for written documentation which holds up
the proposal or award process.
