I would appreciate receiving information about consultants available to
assist in process re-engineering, incorporation of IT into processes, and
general survey and analysis techniques.  Can any of you point in the
direction of consultants who specialize in these areas and/or provide a
critique of the services you may have received - good or bad - from a
similar consulting arrangement.  Our current focus is related to Sponsored
Programs Administration but will expand to Research Administration as a
whole - which could include funding opportunities, tech transfer,
establishmetn of a research foundation, and internal research funding (or
other resources) to help support research initiatives.   Please respond to
me directly rather than to the list.
