 The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs at Rutgers University has
hosted Bob Lucas for several year now and this past fall was my first time
coordinating a program with Bob.  He is an excellent motivational speaker
that electrified the room.  The Faculty were so thrilled with Bob that they
start asking for the next workshop months in advance.  We try to have him
come each semester.  This spring were are hosting a combination workshop to
include scholarly writing in the morning and grant proposal writing in the
afternoon.  We are having a great response from our faculty for this
workshop.  He is worth the expense.

My office is thinking of coordinating a university effort to bring Bob
Lucas to our campus to conduct a scholarly productivity workshop. I know
Bob Lucas also offers a grant-writing workshop, which we might be
interested in at a later date.

There was a brief discussion on the listserve at one time about workshop
presenters, and several people indicated that he had come to their
campuses. I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has hosted one
of his workshops.
