I have a Sr. Professor looking for a program which might  provide
funding  for a cooperative effort between a U. S. Professor (>10 years
experience) and a Professor from Belgium.

Each of these individuals has the expertise to do a very unique part of
the overall effort.

Travel would be miminal (no12-month relocation) and would also include
cost of specimen prep and support for a grad student.

If you are aware of any programs, I would appreciate your help.  NSF
offers some, but the fit doesn't seem right!
