We are one of the lucky "submit by noon" institutions for today's
deadllinle and have been unable to pull up any props etc. since 7:15
when we were finally able to get into FASTLANE.  So much for getting to
work at 6:00!

We've sent a couple of emails to NSF and a telephone call but so far no
response; have any of you info re this?
