Has anyone checked out the Education Department's new e-GAPS electronic
proposal submission system??
It's at http://e-grants.ed.gov
It looks like the only thing to prevent anyone on campus from preparing and
submitting an application is a warning
notice when they hit the submit button that says. "You are submitting this
information on behalf of the Authorized Representative. Warning! It is a
fraud and a federal felony to submit this application if not approved by an
Authorized Representative for your instituion."
Then it says "Please note that signed paper copy of this page may be
required at a later time."
Am I reading this right?
Any thoughts?
