From Carolyn's response to Diane's inquery, it looks like we need this
password
stuff in order to implement electronic signatures.  If we gain electronic
signatures for the institutional rep out of all this, it may be a big PLUS.
Scanning the cover sheet, converting to PDF and uploading into FastLane
seems
like a couple of steps backward to me.

Nancy, did you send you list of concerns to Carolyn Miller?  Would you post
the
response if you did?
