Telecommuting is a voluntary work arrangement in which an eligible employee,
with approval, works one or more days each workweek at home instead of
commuting to a work place. Flextime is a schedule by which an employee
works an alternate work schedule within specific limits dictated by the
operational needs of the job and subject to management review and approval.
