Our office was caught a bit by surprise with the POWRE program that requested the signed certification page be scanned, converted to PDF format, and sent with the rest of the FastLane application.  Luckily we had support from our computer folks, since we did not have a scanner then.

We're also finding that for target dated material it is not clear what needs to be submitted via FastLane.  So we've been advising faculty to contact the NSF personnel for their program.
