Colleagues,

We are interested in developing a solution for the electronic routing
of our internal university clearance form for external grants.  We
must collect approvals on this form; we are open to considering
solutions with or without digital signatures.

We are considering an option based on the FormBlaster software
package and are also considering a solution based on Acrobat and the
distribution of PDF files.  I would appreciate hearing from any
institutions who have implemented electronic routing and approvals for
such forms.  A description of your solution including the software
application and process details would be especially valued and
