the Director of Grants Administration.  The position is responsible for
administrative and financial management of funded projects from federal and
private sources.
This position also has fiscal responsibility for the Department of Physical
Medicine and Rehabilitation of Northwestern University Medical School as
this department is physically located at RIC.
