Northwestern has prepared a web page on Modular Grants, including
downloadable template forms and guidance.  Please help yourself.  They are
at:  http://nuinfo.nwu.edu/orsp/mod.html.    The template for the Budget
Justification form is listed under the Instructions, item #1.
