I could use some guidance here.

I was just handed a budget and the guidelines for an NIJ  soliciation.  Do
the new SF424 exclude the old budget tables?  I just completed my
spreadsheet and cannot see how it fits in this proposed format.  Or am I
just stressed and am missing something?
