"The cause of the issue regarding missing documents within the grant folder was identified. However, a code change is required for Commons users to be able to view the documents again. Currently a hot fix release is planned for June 10th. Please do not resubmit your application as we will be resolving the missing document issue from our end. Please contact the service desk if you do not see your documents after 6/10."

Hi Erica,

Over the last week and a half, we’ve had a few different issues with pre-submission validations and errors after submission that didn’t appear in the validation before submission. But they weren’t InfoEd issues, they were NIH issues.

 

If you see the application in the Commons, I would recommend submitting an eRA Commons Service Desk ticket ASAP as well, and then following it up with a call since it’s deadline day.  Submitting a ticket with InfoEd to let them know is definitely good, but they won’t be able to do a whole lot if it’s an NIH issue like what we were experiencing.
