Thank you so much Michael and Meredith!  I was able to use the Wayback Machine and the website Meredith linked to come up with the missing forms and instructions.

If anyone else needs the forms for this or a similar BAA, reach out directly via email and I will be happy to share.

Subject: NIAID BAA - Technical Proposal Attachment Source(s)?

Hive Mind:

We’re working a NIAID BAA-75N93024R00020 proposal due March 19 (https://sam.gov/opp/9f5149fe9a04452cabb9dba2d0db66e0/view).

Like most NIH contract proposals, this one varies significantly from a standard grant application. Beginning on page 41 of the BAA, a list of Technical Proposal Attachments are outlined which appear to be required along with hyperlinked sources for the templates/files.  Unfortunately, many of the linked webpages result in “Page Not Found” errors, particularly those hosted on http://oamp.od.nih.gov (Technical Proposal Cost Summary, Summary of Related Activities, Proposal Summary and Data Record, and so on).

Emails sent to the primary and secondary POC at NIAID/NIH have gone unanswered for over two weeks.

Is anyone else working this BAA or a similar one and have a substantiated alternative source for the needed attachments?  I’m wary of using any template/file I find online with the same name since it isn’t clear if these are standard (like an SF-LLL) or if they might vary by FOA.

Grateful for any advice, thanks all!
