We just tried to submit an R15 to PAR-25-298 and got the immediate rejection notice. ASSIST had no errors/warnings, but the email rejection said:

Error:The Closing Date of the Opportunity Package for which you have applied has already passed and the grantor agency is no longer accepting applications.

 

We have a saved PDF of the opportunity that had the 2/25/2025 deadline, however now the link is broken for the solicitation.

 

We’re putting in a help desk ticket now, but not sure we’ll get an answer.
