UofL has transitioned from iRIS to Cayuse SP for all externally sponsored projects – proposals, awards, subawards, and agreements. Visit UofL Cayuse Resource Center for user guides and support. Grant proposals must be submitted and routed to OSPA via Cayuse SP at least five business days before the sponsor's deadline to ensure proper review and approvals. Proposals received after this timeframe are at risk of non-submission, inadequate review, or withdrawal.

For inquiries and questions related to your sponsored projects, contact your assigned OSPA Specialist or Accountant listed on the UofL Assignment Matrix.
