Natalia,

I think it depends on each institution and their ability to cover costs, because there is no guarantee that all currently awarded grants will be active once the review is done.  Their guidance says that they will cancel any awards already awarded that are in conflict with the Administration priorities.

Thank you, I went back and read the memo again and boy is this going to be interesting.

 

I do want to echo Trisha Clarks sentiment, that it would be super helpful to know if any institutions are experiencing drawn down issues today or when they can no longer drawn down.

Each agency must pause: (i) issuance of new awards; (ii) disbursement of Federal funds under all open awards; and (iii) other relevant agency actions that may be implicated by the executive orders, to the extent permissible by law, until OMB has reviewed and provided guidance to your agency with respect to the information submitted.
