I'm excited to share that we've just posted the UCP Director of Business Operations position. This position will serve as the primary leader of business and administrative services in UCP and, in partnership with UCP Leaders, will provide oversight and support to the operational and administrative functions within the UCP Directorate, Centers, and Programs. Working closely with UCAR Operations, the UCP Director of Business Operations will ensure that UCP processes align with UCAR policies and procedures as well as convey UCP requirements to the functional areas of proposals, contracts, facilities, human resources, information technology, and all other UCAR Operations disciplines as appropriate. 

This position offers a great opportunity to work closely with leadership, make a significant impact across functional areas, and is directly responsible for managing UCP's Business Shared Services (BSS) team - an incredibly professional and high performing administrative team.
