Thank you all! I’ve received other emails as well that didn’t reply all. I’ve decided how to move forward.
Thanks again, truly appreciate the input and guidance.

I use Optimize PDF and take that one and Reduce Size PDF it. 134 page justification full of imported high resolution images under 5MB.

Not naïve at all! I’m taking all suggestions I can get.
😊
I flattened them all before I combined them.

I don't want to sound naive (and I could): instead of compressing, could you go back to the original and flatten the pdf?

Good afternoon fellow RAs
😊
I’m wondering if anyone else has had this problem with a RPPR. The answer to my question in Section D.2.c for Participants is Yes that OS documents have changed. Problem
is my OS file is WAY too big to load. It’s currently at 11MB and it has to be 6MB. We have over 60+ key personnel on this 7-component project. I’ve compressed the PDF as much as it will go. That at least got me from 15MB to 11MB.
If you have found a solution to this, please share as our sponsored research office, doesn’t have answers.
Thanks!
Angie
