Hi Everyone,

I am wondering if anyone has experience creating budgets for Community Based Participatory Action Research or similar research proposals in which community members are actively involved in study design and development and/or project analysis. Can an individual citizen-scientist be listed as a Co-Investigator if they are not affiliated with an institution? Should they be listed as key personnel/consultant? Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
