Yes, we had to contact the help desk. It’s a known issue. They had us have the PI delete the Current and Pending Update and initiate another. It was not the fix we were hoping
for but it did work.

Is anyone else experiencing an issue with Research.gov Current and Pending Updates where the performance zip code has mysteriously changed since proposal submission and causes an error that prevents submission
of the update? Our original zip code in Tennessee has been updated to a Massachusetts zip code on multiple submissions, and since there’s a mismatch between the zip and state of performance we can’t submit CPOS updates. So far the helpdesk seems stuck.
Our institutional address in SAM has the correct zip code, and pulling up the original proposal submission shows the correct zip code in the forms, but prints out with the incorrect zip.
