I’m heading down this rabbit hole this week. Thank you for this information. I was able to provide the Word document to my faculty member.

I posted this on the list serve last week. The ONLY way I could make it work was to export the PDF forms into Word (which maintains the text box data) and then PDF them
there. Then you can combine all the individual ones.

You don't often get email from

For those who did C&Ps for this – were you able to combined all of the separate forms into a single PDF? I’m running into issues with doing this. Data seems to disappear when I combined them together.
Thanks!
Elise

Has anyone had to do the NIST current and pending support form? This is basically the opposite of what NSF just announced in simplifying to a common form. You have to
do a separate form for every single current or pending project you have and any in-kind contributions.
"A separate submission must be provided for each proposal and active project, as well as in-kind contributions using the instructions and format specified below. Note that there is no page limitation for this section
of the application, though some fields have character limitations for consistency and equity."
I have one PI who needed 11 of these forms and had to digitally sign and date every single one when then had to be uploaded in Field 12.
