The Office of University Research Compliance at Oklahoma State University (OSU) seeks candidates for the position of Assistant Director.  The Assistant Director manages the Office of University Research Compliance (URC), overseeing the implementation of policies and procedures pertaining to the welfare of animals, human subjects, the environment, the community, and the university. He/She works with the Assistant Vice President for Research/Director of University Research Compliance to plan, develop, implement, modify, monitor, and maintain a comprehensive research compliance operation. The Assistant Director is responsible for working to ensure compliance with federal regulations, state statutes, and university policy, as well as establishing comprehensive training programs for each compliance area falling within URC’s purview.
