Thank you for sharing this, Theresa. Very good read. It’s so sad that people would be so selfish to falsify records for their own gain, not to mention the impact to care givers who rely on accurate
results to determine treatment plans and patients who place their trust in the healthcare system!
This is a good example for new researchers of the consequences of falsifying data!
