Anyone can share a sample of their Small Business Subcontracting Plan? We are applying to a BAA with NIAID (HHS-NIH-NIAID-BAA2024-1), and I've never done one before. Does it even apply to research contracts? Seems limiting. 

Any advice is appreciated.
